Although we learn best when outside our comfort zone, we need to be comfortable enough to relax into the process. Rather than diving straight into the teacher training our orientation day is about sharing Qigong practice, getting to know each other and introducing key themes of our training.

The orientation day is mandatory for the teacher training, however, attendance does not commit you to the course, you can use this to ensure you are happy with quality and approach of the 3 Monkey’s and reserve your place following the Orientation Day (this is based on there being spaces available on the programme in the required year).

Although there is no set timescale for completion, it would be reasonable to expect the process of moving from a practitioner to a teacher to take a minimum of 18months.
