To fully embrace the benefits of this powerful form of Qigong it’s important to immerse yourself in practice and these weekend retreats are designed to help you do just that.

With a focus on Self-Healing and Self-Cultivation, these weekends provide a friendly, supportive environment to develop your physical practice, learn about the underlying theories through both led and informal discussions and, most importantly, find ways that you can take the ideas from the weekend and apply them into your daily life.

While the itinerary for the weekend will flex around group needs, the weekends run from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 4:30pm on Sunday.
