February Weekend Retreat

To fully embrace the benefits of this powerful form of Qigong it’s important to immerse yourself in practice and these weekend retreats are designed to help you do just that.
With a focus on Self-Healing and Self-Cultivation, these weekends provide a friendly, supportive environment to develop your physical practice, learn about the underlying theories through both led and informal discussions and, most importantly, find ways that you can take the ideas from the weekend and apply them into your daily life.
While the itinerary for the weekend will flex around group needs, the usual outline is:
Friday evening- Arrive between 5:00pm and 6:00pm
- 6:30pm – Supper
- 8:00pm to 9:00pm – Introductions and practice
- 8:00am to 9:00am – Pre-breakfast Practice
- 10:00am to 11:00am – Led discussion exploring the theme for the day
- 11:30am to 12:30pm – Group Practice
- 2:30pm to 4:00pm – Group Discussions
- 4:30pm to 6:00pm – Group Practice
- 8:00pm to 9:00pm – Evening Meditation
- 8:00am to 9:00am – Pre-breakfast Practice
- 10:00am to 11:00am – Led discussion exploring the theme for the day
- 11:30am to 12:30pm – Group Practice
- 2:30pm to 3:30pm – Group Discussions
- 4:00pm to 4:30pm – Closing Practice
